Return policy

Rugandroll offers a 30-Day In-Home Trial on every rug we sell, except for samples, customized rugs, clearance items, products sold through our Showroom and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it – no questions asked. Please note: processing & handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. After we determine what you want to return we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and an email with complete instructions on where to ship your merchandise. You will receive a separate shipping label for every item you are returning, so please carefully match each label to the appropriate package. Note this is NOT a pre-paid shipping label. You are responsible for selecting a trackable carrier plus paying the insurance and return shipping charges.

Shipping and Freight Changes

Shipping and freight charges are not refundable (if applicable) unless the item was shipped to you in error. Return shipping and freight charges are also your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you in error or it is within the 30-day return policy.

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

An RMA # is required to return any item(s) to Rug and Roll. Please call Rug and Roll Customer Service at 1-888-784-7655 to obtain the RMA # for your return. The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container as well as on the packing slip which must be included inside the container.

Customers returning any item(s) without an RMA # will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the value of the item(s) returned.


  1. Obtain an RMA # from Rug and Roll Customer Service by calling 888-784-7655.

  2. Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip.

  3. Write the RMA # provided to you by customer service on the packing slip as well as the outside of the box/container.

  4. For your protection, we recommend returns be sent via a trackable method, e.g. FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority.

  5. Ship your return (at your expense)to ATTN: Returns 2186 Central Ave. Memphis, TN 38104


If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item via the above method. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.

You will need to place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order; you may place it at any time.


Refunds and Replacement Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing your order history.
